Supercharger compressor replacement

My Comptech supercharger is now 2.5 years old having logged approximately 25K miles and numerous track events.  Lately I have been noticing more bearing noise from the intake side of the device.  I've also noticed rough idle which started at the time the bearing noises increased.  The unit continues to function well with plenty of low end torque but after discussions with Comptech, it was agreed to trade out the compressor for a brand new unit rather than take the bearings apart.  This trade out was goodwilled despite the unit no longer being under warranty.  My costs were limited to labor to reinstall the compressor.  All the work was performed by Fournier Performance Automotive in Orlando (407)898-8002.  Here are some photos from the install which took approximately 4 hours (had to hand cut new gaskets which were inadvertantly left out of the box the compressor came in).  The newer units have O-ring seals between the intake and the compressor and between the compressor and the intake manifold.

Kyle is holding the compressor.  The intake from the throttle body is below his glove.  The intake manifold is directly below the supercharger.  The alternator belt fits on a pulley attached to the spindle end of the device (farthest from Kyle).
