Sebring Hotel Reservations

Our headquarters hotel for all of Sebring track events is the Inn-on-the-Lakes located in the heart of Sebring on US27 about 7 miles from the track.   A block of 25 rooms has been set aside for May 20 for one night at a special rate of $55/night.  To obtain this rate you must make your reservation before May 13, 2000.  After that date, room rates will not be guaranteed.

A group dinner has also been arranged by the hotel restaurant Chicanes with a fixed menu for $25/person (tax and tip included).  Seating limited to 36, serving at 6pm.  Our drivers meeting is to follow at 8pm.  At our April 2 event the food was FABULOUS and this is the same menu.  RSVP to me at wchin@ctinet.net by May 13, 2000.

certified black angus prime rib rubbed with select herbs and spices slow roasted to perfection and served with pan au jus and creamed horseradish....accompanied by twice baked potato and vegatable du jour

PAN FRIED GROUPER

fresh south Florida grouper coated with fresh bread crumbs and pan fried in peanut oil crowned with a fresh lemon butter accompanied by twice backed potato and vegetable du jour

CHICKEN TUSCANY

marinated and grilled chicken breast served atop our signature Tuscan linguine, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms sauteed with steaming pasta in a light tomato and Romano cheese sauce, finished with a sprinkling of Feta cheese
